Services and Fees

As your Labor Doula, I provide

• A complimentary no-obligation interview to get to know each other and see if we are compatible
• Unlimited phone and email support from the time you hire me
• Two prenatal visits to discuss your birth plans and comfort measures, to help with writing a birth plan (if desired), and to talk about your upcoming birth
• A lending library of books for your reading pleasure
• 24/7 on-call support beginning at 38 weeks
• Labor support for the duration (and immediately postpartum) at home, birth center, and/or hospital
• Newborn bonding pictures (I will take pictures as able during the labor/delivery if you desire, but I highly recommend a birth photographer if you want to guarantee pictures. Taking care of you will be my first priority!)
• A birth story/timeline keepsake
• One postpartum visit in your home
